- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Under new ownership! Great, friendly customer service. I was shipping a box to CA, told them the inside box is much smaller than the outside. Initially it was supposed to be $22 shipping, they suggest to "shrink" the outside box size, so they cut the box, and customized it to be smaller and the new shipping cost was $12. They saved me an extra $10 which would have been wasted. Throughout the transaction we were joking, talking football etc.. Real nice experience! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This store is amazing. The recent new owners of this UPS store have taken their customer service to a new high level when it comes to long distance shipping of absentee auction items. Our company recently purchased several items from Skinner Auctioneers in Boston and needed someone we could trust to pick these items up for us, package them up with uber extra TLC since they were delicate, and get them to us at a competitive price that we could afford.
